  Convention Videos: Someone messed up royally

  when i first saw the video, i was like, "wait... is that her... panties showing through the dress"?and it seems like it is so.turns out that if you look at the middle right of the video, there are some letters.

  it reads, "footage provided by pond5".if someone wants to purchase that video to confirm, you can purchase it here:http://depositphotos.com/63621499/stock-video-violinist-girl-walking-through-a.htmli think that this was a royal mess up because i doubt they would put footage of a sister in a skimpy, revealing dress.doesn't the gb approve this?this will probably go down as another of the "subliminal images"...if there are thongs in paradise... might not be so bad after all!.

  I think this is a case of seeing things. It looks like the fabric is just sorta bunched up around the back area and combined with the glow from the sunset it looks like visible panties.

  At least the Revelation book had some awesome illustrations to go along with the weird shit in it.

  Beats the hell out of the Isaiah books in which every chapter was the same prophecy and 'fulfillment'

  From yesterday WT, don't have kids and if you do then don't see them often nor the grandkids either

  unbelievable paragraph in yesterday's watchtower was "encouraging" the sheep to not have kids.

  most of their growth comes from the born ins and they are still on about not having kids?.

  then it went on to "encourage" those that do have kids or grandkids not to spend to much time with them and instead to spend their time serving kingdom interests!.

  They've been doing that for as long as I can remember. Anytime they say something like

  "many brothers have chosen to do (or not do) this"

  'we commend our brothers for this"

  that's their way of saying "This is what you should do if you want to please the governing body and not get your ass fried during armageddon'

  Are we sure that there aren't more 'compound'-ish structures?

  wasn't sure where to put this but .... .

  so mr bsom and i got to talking and we got to wondering if there aren't other compound like buildings being structured, or if assembly halls have been built with greater living quarters?

  the entirety of this situation is really beginning to shape up like the davidians or jim jones.

  This really isn't anything new though. There was a convention talk called something like "Responsible Child Bearing in the Time of the End." It was later published in the WT. Basically the idea is that the GT is so close having kids will be a pain in the ass.

  In my congregation we had several families pump out like 5 or 6 kids over the course of a couple of years and they were definitely looked down upon for having kids like that. When the women were all knocked up for round 2 the elders used that convention part as basis for a local needs talk.

  Whoever wrote that is a little crazy.

  "This scenario could also work to protect them from law enforcement detection; they could tell the elders and others that the police are coming to detain them because it’s Armageddon, not because they need to answer legitimate charges of endangering children. An elder could then sit in jail indefinitely, thinking that Jehovah is going to step in any second now and bring that new system, while not saying a word to police.   That makes no sense whatsoever. If the police arrested an elder for endangering a child, the police would have to tell him what he's being arrested for and he would be given an attorney. He's not gonna sit in jail thinking armageddon is coming.

  conclusion: it seems that the paradise will not be only the end of wickedness but also the end of the jws typical cheap polyester suits :-p.

  On its face, the clothing is fine. It's basically representing primitive clothing since people will just have crude methods of making clothes. Like someone said it's super common in stuff like Star Trek.

  However, JWs are taught to analyze EVERYTHING in the WT stuff. Clothing is always a big one. So of course JWs are supposed to take that as doctrine and that's what they'll wear in the paradise.
